1. Subscriptions — 14-day money-back
If you are unhappy with a paid OneClick plan, request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. We will refund 100% of that charge, no questions asked, and your account moves back to the Free tier.
This is in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumers have under Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting to use the service immediately, you consent to the service being supplied during the withdrawal period; if you withdraw, you may be charged for the value of the service used to that point.
2. Subscription renewals — no automatic refunds
Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are not refundable after the renewal date. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the charge. Cancellation is immediate; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
If a renewal is processed by mistake and you cancelled before the renewal date, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the renewal in full.
3. Domains — non-refundable after 5 days
Domain registrations are paid to the registry (the company that runs the .com, .io, .be, etc. namespace) within minutes of purchase. We cannot recover that money once it is sent. Therefore:
- You may cancel a domain registration within 5 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the domain has not been transferred or modified.
- After 5 days, the registration is non-refundable.
- If you cancel your OneClick subscription, your domain stays registered to you until its expiry date. You can manage it from your dashboard or transfer it to another registrar at any time.
- Renewals follow the same rule: non-refundable once paid, except in the 5-day grace window.
4. Concierge service — partial refunds
The optional human-finished concierge service ($399 one-off) has its own rules because real human time is involved:
- Full refund if you cancel before we have started work.
- 50% refund if you cancel after the first draft but before the second revision.
- No refund after the final delivery, except where the delivered work materially fails to match the brief you approved.
5. Add-ons (email, photo storage, etc.)
Add-on charges follow the same rule as the underlying subscription: 14-day money- back on first purchase, no automatic refund on renewals. Where an add-on involves a payment to a third party (for example, mailbox hosting), the third party's own refund policy may apply for the portion already paid out.
6. How to request a refund
The fastest path is your dashboard:
- Cancel: Dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription.
- Refund: Dashboard → Billing → Request refund.
Or email [email protected] with the email address on your account and the charge you want refunded. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, your account is suspended pending the outcome. Please email us before you call your bank — we are usually quicker.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. For EU consumers, those rights flow from the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Directive on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services (2019/770).
